Dr.G.U.K Rao, Director of School of Enterprise Development(SED) in his inaugural address stated that ni-msme is organising such programmes since long time and advised them to share their knowledge and experience to enhance their capabilities apart from class room sessions. He also pointed out the difference between knowledge, skills, employability and employment. He stressed on employability which is the biggest challenge for the youth. The present youth is having knowledge but do not have required skills for industry employability.The valedictory function of ESDPs in FOUR trades, viz., Designing Manufacturing of Artificial jewellery , Fashion Designing, House Keeping & Hospitality, Wire Man Training was organised at Krishna Dist. by SREES ORGANIZATION, Vijayawada. Prof. N. R. Prasad Reddy (SED), ni-msme was the coordinator of the programmes. He elaborated about the ni-msme activities by APEX institutions under Ministry of MSME and also emphasized the importance of ESDPs. He suggested the trainees to establish enterprises and assured possible support and guidance by both the agency as well as ni-msme.
The event was concluded with the certificate distribution to the trainees of all the ESDPs by Dr.G.U.K Rao, Director of School of Enterprise Development (SED), Swarupa Rani(President), Anumolu PrabhakarRao (Vice-President), Abraham (Rtd.Police SI) and followed with a vote of thanks proposed by Smt. Padma Sree.N, Director, SREES ORGANIZATION, Vijayawada.
