SREES IS PLANNING TO WIDEN ITS SERVICE SPECTRUM

Dear All

Initially, SREES has focused more on the Skill Development and later added the component of PLACEMENT. It has given sustainable solutions to the Trainees and momentum to move forward. This EMPOWERMENT both Socially and Economically has made the Trainees to bring impact with the family and community. This is the positive step to move towards sustainable development with solutions matching to the local challenges, resources, opportunities and needs.

While moving with the community and other stakeholders, SREES come across the issues of other marginalized groups like: Persons with Disability, People infected / affected with HIV / AIDS, Widows, Senior Citizens, and others. In addition, the challenges with WATER, SANITATION, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, POLLUTION, EDUCATION, have become alarming and people are suffering with the availability, accessibility and affordability of the  critical needs.

Keeping these issues of the people living in Krishna and its surrounding districts, SREES is widening its SERVICE SPECTRUM with creative and innovative strategies and interventions. 

In process of reaching the people who needs to be reached, SREES needs support from all the stakeholders whom it is going to reach through all possible ways.

SREES IN SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Dear All

With the experience gained by the successful completion of the Skill Development cum Placement with th support of Government of Andhra Pradesh through Rajiv Yuva Kranalu (RYK), SREES is moving forward to reach the unreached youth of Krisha and its surrounding districts.

The model of RYK presented at the recent Eluru Seminar has given clear understanding of the scope in the area of SKILL DEVELOPMENT.  

It is the process with EGMM, MSME, NABARD, KVIC and other Departments to get the support in the form of Projects.  

In this direction, SREES needs the support from all the Departments in creating better employability which further makes them EMPOWERED for leading enhanced quality of life.

OPPOTUNITIES FOR SREES

Dear All

The exposure at this Eluru Seminar has given opportunity to network with other Institutions mainly the Academic and Industries. This s a good beginning and preparing to move forward with better networking so it can have the benefit of sharing and learning.

This two way strategy helps to get equipped with expertize matching to the needs of the PEOPLE in general and particularly the marginalized groups living in vulnerable circumstances.

In this direction, it is preparing to participate in more and more Seminars with the focus on the issues and challenges of the Rural People who needs sustainable solutions.
