SREES stands for Self Rural Empowerment & Educational Service Organization which is an NGO registered in the year 2007 with base at Vijayawada, the Coastal Part of Andhra Pradesh, India. Tuning to the need of technologies, it has initiated this blog for getting connected with the stakeholders all over the Globe.
It is the positive step from our side for making the working process of SREES with better accountability and transparency. In this direction, SREES will be posting about its service journey since its inception which is quite interesting as it is the transformation of challenges of a rural women who made it as a role model for others to come forward for making their living better with sustainability and quality of life.
SREES is the platform for the rural youth and other marginalized groups for crating sustainable livelihood with the use of local resources to the maximum extent possible with better adaptability and utilization both at production as well as at marketing phase. It is going to widen its service spectrum tuning to the needs and skills of the rural communities / people. It certainly moves towards the right based strategies and interventions as the whole concept of welfare as moved to development with multisectoral approaches.
It is the beginning for the SREES and more will be shared in due course of time...
