With need based training and facilitation with linkages, the efforts of SREES has resulted for significant impact / achievements which includes as:

• Created better awareness among the targeted groups.
• Oriented them towards the need of skill development.
• Helped to understand the SWOT of the group and community.
• Enhanced the enrollment of the trainees under various trades of training programmes.
• Professional way of planning the programme starting from content & presentation with participatory approaches enhanced the skills of the trainees.
• The use of media including e-technologies has enhanced the brand image of the programmes as well as the Organization.

Taking these as strengths, SREES is moving forward to broaden its service spectrum both quantitatively and qualitatively. It is in the process and more will be posted in due course of time.
