Yes, it is the right question to know the status of the trainees after the training?
Since inception, SREES has got good vision and concern about their trainees. Accordingly, it has initiated networking and linkages with Government, Private, Industries, Corporate, Stakeholders and other Local Establishments for better placement.
Among the trainees, some have joined in the job both in the State & neighboring States, self employment and strengthening of their family business.
In continuation to the list of trainees who has successfully completed, the details of their engagement i.e., after training have been furnished below as:
After the
successful completion of the training programme, SREES has made an effort to
create linkages with the local industries / establishments for getting
employment. In addition, facilitation has been extended to develop self
employment. This process has resulted for generation of employment /
livelihoods and a brief view is furnished below as:
Among the Job
Oriented Training Programmes:
- Around 70% of the trainees were placed in various sectors situated in the State of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamilnadu.
- Around 20% covering unmarried & newly married girls and youth with disabilities could not be placed to their personal and family situations.
- Around 10% are in the process of creating self employment either individually or joining with family business / support.
Among the Self
Employment Training Programmes:
- All most all the trainees were engaged with their own self employment some at home and others with centres.
- SREES is also facilitating with the trainees & local industries / establishment to get the works from various sources.
With this experience and change in environment both at trainees and employers, SREES is moving with sound future vision.
In this journey, certainly, SREES needs your support for:
- the sustainable development of the trainees,
- better living of their family,
- accessible environment,
- sustainable development of community and at all levels, and
- other aspects of development with inclusion......
